Responsibilities
Provide emotional support and counselling to individuals and couples undergoing IVF treatments and gynaecologist treatment.
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing support sessions with patients.
Help patients understand the IVF process and manage their expectations.
Develop and implement individualized counselling plans.
Work collaboratively with gynaecologists, fertility specialists, embryologists, nurses, and other healthcare specialists.
Keep accurate records of patient interactions and counselling sessions.
Provide educational resources and referrals to additional support services as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) / Master of Science (M.Sc.)
Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience in reproductive health or fertility counselling is preferred.
Solid understanding of the emotional and psychological aspects of infertility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, compassion, and the ability to provide non-judgmental support to patients.
