Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Last Mile Servicing (LMS) Associate to
lead the Quick-commerce (and E-Commerce) appointment delivery process. You will ensure
seamless customer/consignee experience by resolving queries efficiently, coordinating with
internal teams, and contributing to continuous process improvements. This is an exciting
prospect to grow in a rapid-paced, tech-driven logistics environment.

What Youll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for consignees via calls, emails, and chat.
Resolve shipment-related queries, including tracking, delays, lost or damaged
packages.
Conduct RCA for delivery failures along with subsequent actionables.
Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to provide timely
solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer/consignee interactions and feedback.




Identify recurring issues and work with internal teams to improve processes.
Sending out daily/weekly reports highlighting trends and insights.
Uphold a high standard of professionalism and empathy in all customer/consignee
interactions.

Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with prior experience in logistics, e-commerce
operations, or customer service.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language skills are a
plus.
Tech-savvy, adept at MS Excel and CRM tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a agile environment.
Customer-focused, patient, and resilient under pressure.
