Servicing Branch Customers and maintaining branch operation in-line with Audit Compliance requirements

Execute area mapping, cold calls and BTL activities to meet acquisition targets

Complete accurate AOF/KYC and ensure CKYC submission without errors

Cross sell insurance/investments and activate digital banking for all current customers

Manage assigned portfolio for balances, usage and service requests within TAT
