Role & responsibilities
Counsel patients after the doctor's consultation and explain recommended procedures.
Provide treatment quotations and clarify pricing, procedures, and payment options.
Address patient concerns and build confidence to help them make informed decisions.
Follow up with prospective patients and convert consultations into confirmed procedures.
Preferred candidate profile
2- 5 years of experience in sales, counselling, or customer relationship roles (healthcare/aesthetics preferred).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling patient queries and closing sales.
Customer-focused with a qualified and empathetic approach.
