Master's degree or higher in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
Deep expertise in LLMs, SLMs, Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, vector databases, and AI evaluation frameworks.
Understanding of Agentic AI operating models.
Experience with multi-Agent architecture patterns, Agent orchestration frameworks, Context engineering, Agent memory architecture, Tools integration, Agent skills.
Designing Human-in-the loop governance, Agent evaluation and Quality assurance, Agent operations.
Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, LangChain, and similar frameworks.
Expertise in Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, reasoning systems, memory architectures, and agent behaviour design.
Familiarity with Human-in-the-Loop governance patterns.
