Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain the company's products and services to customers.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and appointments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Update customer information and prepare call reports.
