Responsibilities
Oversee the overall operational strategy and execution to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor CAHO Secretariat team to foster leadership development and enhance team performance.
Drive operational efficiency through the implementation of streamlined processes and best practices.
Should have excellent knowledge in healthcare quality practices.
Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial health and sustainability of operations.
Lead change management initiatives to adapt to evolving industry trends and organizational needs.
Engage with stakeholders to build robust relationships and facilitate cooperative efforts.
Integrate technology solutions to improve operational workflows and enhance service delivery.
Oversee general administrative functions to ensure smooth and effective organizational operations.
Even though the role is remote, candidates from Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai are preferred.
Age more than 45 years.
