Manager- Sales(Sourcing) will be responsible in developing and managing a solid network of brokers and channel partners ensuring sustained business growth through strategic partner sourcing and effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development & Sourcing:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard current channel partners, including brokers, real estate agents, and agencies
Develop and implement strategic plans to source high-performing channel partners aligned with project targets.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners, providing regular engagement, support, and resources to enhance their effectiveness.
Conduct broker meetings, training sessions, and site visits to encourage engagement and boost sales motivation.

Sales Enablement & Support:
Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure partners are aligned with project offerings, pricing,



and promotional plans.
Track sales funnels and follow up with brokers to ensure lead conversion and alignment with monthly targets.

Performance Monitoring:
Regularly analyze and report on channel partner performance.
Identify underperforming partners and take corrective action through re-engagement or replacement.

Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and changing customer preferences.
Utilize insights to refine sourcing strategies and target current, untapped markets.

Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure that all activities comply with company policies and RERA regulations.
Provide timely updates and management information system (MIS) reports to senior management on partner engagement and sales performance.
