Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate with collection agencies in your assigned region.
Track monthly collection and recovery targets.
Monitor the performance of agencies and their field executives.
Analyze collection reports and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct audits to ensure agencies follow company policies and RBI/legal guidelines.
Resolve escalations and help agencies improve their recovery performance.
Build robust relationships with agency partners and ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Operations, Sales, or Vendor Management.
Experience handling collection agencies or field collection teams is preferred.
Valuable analytical and communication skills.
Must know Malayalam and English.
Comfortable working in the field and coordinating with external vendors.
