Your Role

As a Veeva Vault MedCom Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, managing, and enhancing Veeva Vault-based solutions within the MedCom domain. You will work closely with business stakeholders, quality, and product teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions aligned with FMCG processes and global standards.

In this role, you will:
Configure and manage Veeva Vault MedCom solutions including workflows, objects, and lifecycle management.
Develop and optimize solutions using VQL, REST APIs, and Vault configuration capabilities.
Contribute to integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP and PLM.
Support automation and customization using Vault SDK (valuable to have for senior roles).
Ensure adherence to FMCG quality and packaging processes, including standards such as ISO and HACCP.

Your Profile
49 years of hands-on experience in Veeva Vault MedCom.
Robust expertise in:
VQL (Vault Query Language)
Workflows and Vault configuration
REST APIs and integrations
Experience with Vault SDK (Positive to have)
Good understanding of ERP and PLM integration patterns.

Domain Knowledge
Mandatory experience in FMCG domain,



specifically in quality and packaging processes.
Familiarity with standards such as ISO and HACCP.

Certifications
Must have an active Veeva Vault Admin certification.
