Role & Responsibilities:
Deploy and support Machine Safety Standards across manufacturing facilities.
Conduct Machine Risk Assessments as per ISO 12100 and ISO 13849 standards.
Ensure machine safety compliance through safeguarding methods and safety validation activities.
Support manufacturing improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
Lead CAPEX and automation projects including PLCs, robotics, and smart manufacturing solutions.
Facilitate PFMEA, risk mitigation, and process validation activities.
Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, and Global Engineering teams.
Support Industry 4.0 and manufacturing excellence initiatives.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical,
Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Machine Safety, or Automation.
Hands-on knowledge of ISO 12100 and ISO 13849.
Experience with PLCs, robotics, automation systems, and machine safeguarding.
Solid understanding of PFMEA, risk assessments, and process improvement methodologies.
Experience in automotive manufacturing or industrial production environments preferred.
