Dual-Domain Execution: Oversee core structural civil works (RCC, brickwork,
plastering) and seamlessly transition into managing premium interior fit-outs
(flooring, cladding, ceiling, joinery, glazing, and MEP coordination).
Turnkey Delivery: Manage sites from groundbreaking to final defect-free interior
handover according to approved architectural and structural drawings.
Tender & Quality Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to government tender
specifications, CPWD/PWD standards, and architectural finish tolerances.
Measurements & RA Billing: Lead joint measurements in office, record entries
accurately in Measurement Books (MB), and process timely running account (RA)
bills for civil and interior sub-contracts.
Coordination: Manage civil subcontractors alongside specialized interior
fabricators, vendors,
and local government site authorities/PMCs.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: Minimum 5 years of in office civil execution experience, with a solid
preference for seasoned candidates possessing 10+ years of experience.
Experience Requirement: Must have proven, hands-on experience handling
both core civil structures and corporate/commercial/institutional interior works.
