Role & responsibilities
Experience in Selenium testing and automating the Java/.Net based applications.
Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle
Preparing test planning documents.
Focus on Automation testing, API testing & Manual Testing
Writing and reviewing test cases, test data, setting up the test settings, and structure and organizing various tests.
Test case execution and defect reporting
Defect retest and regression testing
Reviewing all the testing artifacts within Team and test closure activities to meet exit criteria.
Collaborating with other team members
Hands on working experience on writing automation test suites.
Soft skill to gel with the team and involve in team building activities.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Positive to have Performance testing.
Adaptable to extend work hours as per project demand (Sometimes during weekends)

Preferred candidate profile

QUALIFICATION
Requires a Graduation / post-graduate degree.
PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) Software Experience Strongly preferred.




Pharmacy Claims Audit Strongly preferred.
Experience working in an Agile environment is strongly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

EXPERIENCE
5 to 8 years of experience in the US Healthcare and PBM domain (Commercial/Medicaid/Medicare) in Claims validation and its adjudication.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) Benefits experience preferred.
Healthcare experience Strongly preferred.
Data analysis and issue resolution experience preferred.
SQL experience or other analytical querying experience is preferred
Support regulatory reporting and ensure adherence to CMS, Medicaid, and other payer requirements.
Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements.
