Role & responsibilities
Install, configure, test, and commission audio-visual (AV) systems at customer sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in AV systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of AV equipment.
Coordinate with the project team, OEMs, and customers for smooth project execution.
Conduct system testing and ensure successful handover to the customer.
Prepare service reports, installation reports, and daily work updates.
Train end users on the operation of installed AV systems.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Travel within Bhutan as required for installation and service support.
Maintain company tools, equipment, and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.
25 years of experience in AV installation, commissioning,



or technical support,
A passport or valid voter ID is the must-have requirement.
Positive knowledge of audio-visual systems, conferencing solutions, projectors, LED displays, digital signage, audio systems, and control systems.
Basic understanding of networking, structured cabling, and system integration.
Experience working with OEMs such as Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Poly, Logitech, Yealink, Barco, Epson, or similar brands is preferred.
Willing to relocate or stay at the project site in Bhutan for the project duration.
Valid passport or willingness to obtain one immediately.
Candidates from Assam and West Bengal will be given preference.
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
