He / She will be responsible for overseeing customer service, ensuring timely and competitive rate quotations, shipment tracking, and effective coordination with all stakeholders.
Candidate must have handle Ocean Import and Air Import products.
The role requires maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving escalations, and driving process improvements.
