Job Summary

We are looking for Tele-Sales Executives to handle customer's sales inquiries through inbound calls, outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and other communication channels. The candidate will be responsible for providing information, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience during the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Attend inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally and place the orders.

Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, and service updates.

Reply to customer messages via WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms.

Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.





Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Achieve assigned sales targets monthly.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Valuable listening and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.

Qualifications

Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.

03 years of experience in Customer Service, Tele calling, Customer Support, or Call Centre.
