We are looking for a skilled Process Trainer to join our team in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in training and development, with a solid background in process improvement and international processes.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
Design and deliver high-quality training content, including presentations, manuals, and online materials.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers to enhance their delivery skills.





Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Process Trainer or similar role, preferably in the BPO industry.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
Experience with training software and technologies, such as LMS platforms.
Robust project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
