Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced O&M; Manager with a strong background in the Steel Industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Operations & Maintenance along with Business Development, including client management, tendering, and securing O&M; projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage O&M; projects in the Steel Industry.
Identify and develop recent business prospects for O&M; services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and support tendering activities.
Ensure successful execution of O&M; projects while meeting client expectations.
Drive business growth and expand the O&M; project portfolio.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering.
MBA (Marketing/Operations) will be an added advantage.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Steel Industry.
Mandatory experience in Operations & Maintenance, Business Development, tendering, and client management.
Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
