Role & responsibilities
Develop fundraising strategies to meet financial goals.
Identify potential donors, including individuals, companies, and foundations.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors.
Plan and organize fundraising events, campaigns, and online giving initiatives.
Write grant proposals and funding applications.
Prepare donor communications, including emails, newsletters, and thank-you letters.
Manage donor databases and keep accurate records of donations.
Coordinate crowdfunding and digital fundraising campaigns through websites and social media.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote fundraising efforts.




Track fundraising performance and prepare reports for management or the board.
Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and ethical standards.
Recognize and steward donors by acknowledging contributions and demonstrating impact.
