Key Responsibilities:

Handle IP OP insurance claim processes efficiently
Coordinate with TPAs for approvals, queries, and claim settlements
Assist patients with insurance documentation and billing procedures
Follow up on pending approvals and claim status
Ensure smooth communication between patients, insurance companies, and hospital departments

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ year experience in hospital insurance/TPA operations mandatory
Experience only from hospital industry
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Kannada speaking is mandatory
Ability to handle patients and insurance queries professionally
