We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team in the Domestic sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO operations and management, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and supervise a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in BPO operations and management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Solid understanding of domestic market trends and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
