The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and managing assigned territory by meeting and exceeding sales, gross profit, and unit goals. Manage accounts to ensure advanced service and technical support to customers with consultative discussions on a regular basis.

This position reports to the District Sales Manager and is part of the Sales Team located in Delhi NCR and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the chance to:
Ensure that assigned territory meets sales, gross profit, and unit goals.
Build account relationships beyond the buying level to ensure involvement of key decision makers.
Provide updates to Sales Manager regarding achievement of goals, trends and competition
Develop and Implement account action plans, review performance and improve current account sales support programs for the territory
Be a team player and strive to learn and contribute to company culture and manage and maintain information in customer database system (MSCRM)

The essential requirements of the job include




Bachelor's or Master's degree, in any Life Science stream required.
Minimum Five (5) years of experience in Sales and having analytical field /Chromatography experience in Pharma/ Bio- Pharma and applied markets
Advanced knowledge of sales principles and methods of negotiation, and demonstrated advanced capability to identify business prospects
Valuable knowledge of Chromatography. Pharma Non-Pharma Market workflow understanding
A proven track record of success in Sales/Customer Service type roles preferred

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record Physical/Environment Requirements:
Willingness to travel as per customer engagement needs.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Laboratory with Hands on experience in chromatography using HPLC
