Job Overview

We are looking for a highly-talented, motivated Execution Lead who will be responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Location: Noida

Roles & Responsibility:

The primary responsibility is to plan and direct operations and improve productivity and efficiency.

Coordinate, manage and monitor the efficiency of the project managers.

Responsible for decision making and problem solving during escalations.

Determine the clients requirements for the project

Formulate and implement designing policies and procedures to maximize output.

Managing vendors, execution - experience in site management with knowledge of reading drawings





Visit the site for the execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline; B.E/B.Tech preferred.

Valuable communication and collaboration skills are essential. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.

Should be able to join Immediately.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Project Management.

Solid interpersonal skills along with a customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving and critical decision-making.

Should have experience in handling minimum 4 team members.

Must have experience in client facing responsibilities and Residential Interiors
