Role & responsibilities
Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
Write engaging captions, social media posts, and basic marketing copy.
Assist in managing the social media content calendar.
Coordinate with the design team to develop creatives and short videos.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
Research social media trends, competitors, and content ideas.
Support employer branding and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Journalism, or a related field is a plus
Freshers or up to 1 year of internship/experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Valuable understanding of major social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced setting.

Valuable to Have
Internship in Digital Marketing or Social Media.
Basic knowledge of SEO, video editing (CapCut/Canva), or HubSpot.
Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media.
