Role & responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.

Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and ledger postings.

Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Prepare financial statements, reports, and MIS as required.

Support tax-related work including GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance where applicable.

Monitor expenses, budgets, and cash flow.

Coordinate with auditors, vendors, banks, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Daily maintenance of balance sheet.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred.

Positive knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Familiarity with tax and statutory compliance requirements.

Solid attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / SAP knowledge.
