Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls for International customers.
Resolve customer queries related to telecom services, billing, plans, and technical support.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction KPIs.

Client Relationship Management (CRM) Effective Communication Problem Solving

Who can apply

Other requirements
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Minimum 6 months of international voice process experience preferred.
Comfortable working in Canadian rotational shifts.
