Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products.
Verify dimensions using measuring instruments.
Read engineering drawings and inspection standards.
Identify and segregate defective or non-conforming parts.
Record inspection results and prepare quality reports.
Inform production supervisors about quality issues.
Ensure products meet customer specifications.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain quality documentation and inspection records.
Follow workplace safety and quality procedures.
Skills Required
Knowledge of engineering drawings.
Ability to use measuring tools such as:
Vernier caliper
Micrometer
Height gauge
Dial indicator
Feeler gauge
Go/No-Go gauges
Attention to detail.
Basic understanding of GD&T; and tolerances.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills
