Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize quality metrics.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures and best practices.
Ensure all quality-related activities align with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in the BPO industry.
Solid knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced workplace and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Experience with quality management tools and software is an asset.
