Recruiter Productivity
Aging Positions
Diversity Hiring Metrics
Provide analytical insights to identify hiring trends, bottlenecks, and improvement prospects.

Dashboard Development & Management
Design, develop, and maintain interactive TA dashboards using Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Create real-time recruitment dashboards for stakeholders and leadership teams.
Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Ensure dashboard accuracy, data integrity, and timely updates.

Data Management & Quality
Extract, validate, clean, and consolidate recruitment data from ATS, HRMS, and other sources.
Maintain recruitment databases and MIS records with high accuracy.
Perform regular audits to ensure data consistency and compliance.
