Customer Journey Platforms
Define architecture patterns based on:
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Microservices
API-led integration
Design and govern cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or AWS.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
Define technical roadmaps and modernization strategies.
Create architecture documentation, technical specifications, and solution diagrams.
Review security, compliance, privacy, and governance requirements.
Lead architecture reviews and technology selection decisions.
Support project estimation, risk assessment, and implementation oversight.
Recommend improvements to existing business and technology platforms.
