Role Summary

The Area Operations Manager (AOM) will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations of Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) businesses across multiple branches. The role requires ensuring smooth loan disbursement, compliance with legal and technical requirements, document management, process adherence, and effective team leadership while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations of Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) files from approval to disbursement.
Ensure timely and error-free loan disbursement in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Review and validate legal reports, technical valuation reports, property documents, title documents, and compliance requirements before disbursement.
Ensure proper archival and protected custody of original customer and property documents.
Monitor documentation quality and maintain audit readiness at all times.
Coordinate with legal advocates,



technical valuers, sales teams, credit, and branch operations to resolve documentation and disbursement-related issues.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and risk management practices.
Monitor branch productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular branch visits to review operational processes, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Train, mentor, and develop branch operations teams to improve productivity and process compliance.
Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and management updates.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.

Manage operations across 45 branches.
Lead, mentor, and monitor branch operations teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
