Job Title: Mechanical QC Manager
Industry: Oil & Gas ARAMCO Project
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Job Summary:

Lead all mechanical quality control activities for ARAMCO projects, ensuring compliance with ARAMCO standards, project specifications, international codes, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage mechanical QC inspections and quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with ARAMCO standards, ASME, API, and ISO requirements.
Lead QC engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
Review ITPs, WPS/PQR, method statements, and inspection reports.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and construction teams.
Monitor welding, piping, structural, and equipment installation quality.




Handle NCRs, corrective actions, and quality audits.
Support project completion, mechanical walkdowns, and handover documentation.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
10 to 15+ years of Mechanical QC experience in Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
Minimum 5 years in a QC Manager role on ARAMCO projects.
Robust knowledge of ARAMCO standards, ASME, API, ASTM, and ISO 9001.
Saudi ARAMCO approval (preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
