Key Roles & Responsibilities include a blend of operational leadership and clinical coordination.
To coordinate with Chairman of North East project and ensure the volume is increased
Supervise and coordinate complete functions for all North East patients relating to Investigations,Cross Consultations, Patient transport, and other related functions Insurance follow up, excessoverdue bill amount, Daily counseling of ICU patient attender &visiting; current patients within 24 hours, inter hospital transfers and bed allocations.
To monitor inflow of outpatients and inpatients (North East) to the diagnostic areas and tomaintain the records of the same
Guide the North East patients to their respective areas such as Out Patients, In Patients, Master Health Check up etc;
To ensure continuity of Patient care services local continuity of care and post-discharge follow-ups.
To ensure team orientation & trainingis done on a regular basis.
To ensure resource allocation and follow up on their performance and periodic monitoring of the same.Role & responsibilities
