The Sleep Company is looking for an experienced Retail Operations qualified to support the growth of our premium Bed & Bath business Vertical. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing omnichannel retail operations, inventory management, warehouse processes, and technology-driven retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive retail inventory planning and operational excellence across stores and warehouses.
Manage and optimize OMS (Order Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) processes.
Oversee inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, stock transfers, and inventory reconciliation.
Collaborate with warehouse, retail, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Manage marketplace and omnichannel order flows while ensuring operational efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve retail operating processes and customer experience.
Analyze operational data and identify prospects for process optimization and cost efficiencies.
Preferred Experience
5–10 years of experience in Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, or Omnichannel Operations.
Hands-on experience with OMS/WMS, retail inventory management, warehouse operations, POS, marketplace operations, stock transfers, and inventory reconciliation.
Experience working with D2C, omnichannel, or organized retail brands is preferred.
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates from D2C/omnichannel retail brands will be preferred.
