Reporting Structure

Reports to: Enrolment Head

Principal Accountabilities
Policy Processing: Handle inward policy entries with 100% accuracy and within defined SLAs.
Endorsements: Process additions, cancellations, printing, and dispatch (manual/digital) with zero error tolerance.
E-Cards & Mailers: Generate e-cards and trigger welcome mailers within agreed timelines.
Reconciliation: Conduct timely policy & member data reconciliation to maintain data integrity.

Managing high-volume enrolments during peak cycles without compromising accuracy.
Maintaining error-free reconciliations and audit readiness.

Interactions

Internal: Operations, Claims, IT software, Customer Care.

External: Corporate HR / Insurer for enrolment queries and endorsements.

Skills & Knowledge
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Technical: Proficiency in MS office (v-lookup, pivot tables, formulas).
Domain: Ability to interpret policy documents; prior TPA/Operations experience preferred.

Expertise (Experience Levels)
Executive: 1+ year ( with solid MS Office skills ).
