You will be the person customers can rely on—whether they contact us through a phone call, WhatsApp, social media, live chat, or email.What you'll be responsible for:
Responding to customer calls, messages, emails, and social media enquiries
Helping customers with product information, orders, deliveries, exchanges, and other concerns
Following up on open issues until they are fully resolved
Coordinating with internal teams and delivery partners when required
Keeping accurate records of customer conversations and pending actions
Identifying recurring customer concerns and sharing helpful feedback with the team
Building genuine relationships with customers through explicit, patient, and thoughtful communication
Supporting other customer-related tasks as the business grows
