Location: PuneExperience: min 1 yearIndustry: Food & Beverage / QSR / RetailAbout the RoleWe're looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to take ownership of overall Administrative duties for the company providing support to Operations, Finance & HR support Including inventory planning, and assist centralized purchasing across multiple outlets.This is not a desk-only admin role — we need someone who can think on their feet, coordinate on various adminstrative tasks across stores, maintain and run reports, coordinate with third party aggregators like Swiggy & Zomato, vendors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.What You'll Be Responsible ForStore Operations Support
Coordinate daily with store teams to ensure smooth functioning
Act as the go-to person for operational issues across outlets
Ensure stores are fully stocked and running without disruptions
Support current store launches and operational setupInventory & Stock Management
Coordinate with outlet managers to Plan and manage stock across all stores
Track consumption and forecast requirements
Prevent stock-outs and reduce wastage
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct auditsPurchasing & Vendor Management
Handle centralized procurement (raw materials, packaging, supplies)
Coordinate timely ordering and delivery to stores
Negotiate with vendors for better pricing and reliability
Monitor vendor performance and maintain relationshipsAdmin + HR + Finance Coordination
Oversee office administration and service vendors
Support hiring, onboarding, and staff records
Track expenses, petty cash, and vendor payments
Coordinate with accounts for billing and documentationWhat We're Looking For
Experience in F&B; / QSR / Café / Retail operations (multi-outlet preferred)
Robust skills in inventory planning and stock management
Excellent coordination and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working with Excel / POS / inventory systems
