Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for Aluminium Profiles in the Building & Construction segment across North India.
Achieve annual sales volume, revenue, and margin targets for the assigned region.
Build and maintain robust relationships with architects, builders, faade consultants, PMC consultants, developers, fabricators, and key institutional customers.
Identify and develop new business prospects in commercial, residential, infrastructure, and institutional projects.
Drive project specification activities and ensure inclusion of company products in upcoming projects.
Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
Coordinate with production, technical, and customer service teams to ensure timely execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial closures with key customers.
Manage and mentor the regional sales team and channel partners.
Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and periodic business reviews.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
MBA in Marketing preferred.





Experience
1218 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Aluminium Profiles industry.
Mandatory experience in Aluminium Profiles for the Building & Construction segment.
Robust exposure to North Indian markets, particularly Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.
Proven track record in handling project sales and specification marketing.
