Develop and implement time studies, work measurements, and labor standards.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Lean projects) across operations.
Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and improve throughput.
Design and implement performance metrics, capacity planning tools, and production reports.
Support current product introduction (NPI) by ensuring production readiness and productive line setup.
Identify and eliminate sources of waste through data-driven root cause analysis.
Monitor operations with a focus on improving productivity and efficiency.
Design efficient production processes and workflows through layout design and optimization.
Reduce waste and address production issues.
Review production monthly schedule and capacity, and take appropriate action.
Implement controls to monitor costs and minimize production issues.
Drive implementation of Toyota Production System (TPS) principles and line balancing for lean production processes.
