Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager with experience in FMCG sales to drive business growth by managing existing customers, developing recent business opportunities, and expanding the dealer/distributor network. The ideal candidate should be passionate about field sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and revenue growth.
Generate current business opportunities through lead generation and customer acquisition.
Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks within the assigned territory.
Plan and execute regular field visits to customers and prospective clients.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans and forecasts.
Promote company products and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
Maintain customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Retail Sales.
At least 3 years of experience in FMCG Sales.
Experience in dealer/distributor handling and territory sales is preferred.
