JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title:
Manager - Procurement
Reports To:
Supply Chain Lead, HTM
Key Responsibilities:Shall include but not limited to:-
Define the protocols & processes for all procurement related activities receiving PR, releasing PO,
Invoicing, Processing Vendor Payments, Cash Purchase, Material Shifting etc.
Prepare Master Item List with all required details of spares, vendors, rates, delivery time - lines etc.
Categorization & sub-categorization of Spare Parts.
Identification & finalization of vendors for regular supplies based on categorization of spares.
Develop vendor database for all categories.
Ensure 80% of supplies are received through credit purchase from selected vendors.
Planning & maintaining Par stock of spares based on requirement, lead time / delivery timelines.
Liaison with Operation team for AMC & CMC requirements & budget, finalize vendors accordingly.
Compliance with cash purchase policy & DOA.




Maintaining petty cash for emergency purchase & having the right documentation, as per policy.
Maintaining relationship with OEMs.
Import of all spare parts that are not available otherwise.
Submit all Monthly MIS reports as required.
Achieve the budgeted savings plan year on year.
Ensure adherence to billing process in liaison with Stores / Operation / Finance.
Work closely with HTM Supply chain Team & support for any other procurement requirement for
business.
Other information:
Expereince 8 yrs to 12 yrs (preferred from Hospital background)
Qualification MBA (Supply chain)/ Technical qualification in Biomedical
Additional information candidate must have expereince of procuring Biomedical items spares;
accessories; CMC. AMC contract etc.
