As a Senior Software Engineer II at Starkey, you will develop a shared software library that powers hearing aid communication and configuration across desktop, mobile, and web applications where correctness, performance, and maintainable design are critical.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with US based engineers and crossfunctional product development partners
Own the architecture, design, and implementation of new features in a cross-platform C#/.NET library that powers hearing aid communication and configuration
Drive long-term evolution of the librarys API surface, compatibility, and performance
Write transparent, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage
Develop performance-sensitive algorithms where correctness and efficiency are critical

Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills,



with the ability to clearly express and understand complex technical concepts in a US based engineering workplace
Minimum 10 years of qualified experience on software engineering teams developing shared, production-grade .NET class libraries or SDKs in C#
Proven ability to drive architectural decisions by leading teams in evaluating complex technical tradeoffs
Proven people leadership experience, including interviewing, mentoring, and developing engineers toward greater ownership and impact
Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams
Deep expertise in C# and modern .NET
Education: BE / B. Tech / BCA/ M. Tech/ MCA from reputed institutions

Preferred Experience
Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) client development on Windows and Linux, including building libraries that manage device connection and control over BLE using USBattached radios and hardware APIs
Embedded BLE firmware development for central and peripheral devices, including connection management, GATT implementation, and protocol-level communication
Performance sensitive systems in resource constrained environments
