Daily Operations & Patient Flow:Manage and optimize daily operations on assigned outpatient (OPD) or inpatient (IPD) floors to ensure seamless patient flow and minimum waiting times.
Conduct regular floor rounds (at least twice daily) to monitor operational readiness, cleanliness, and discipline on the floor.
Coordinate efficiently between consultants, nursing staff, diagnostics, pharmacy, billing, and front-desk teams.
Clinical & Administrative Coordination:Leverage clinical knowledge (BDS/BHMS) to assist patients in understanding complex investigations, diagnostic results, or general care journeys.
Coordinate pre-investigations, collect daily admission details, and expedite the discharge pathway to reduce delays.




Ensure the availability and operational readiness of emergency medical equipment and supplies on the floor.
Patient Experience & Grievance Redressal:Act as the immediate point of contact for patient or attender grievances, resolving issues in office before escalation.
Engage with patients to collect structured feedback prior to discharge and maintain records for service quality analysis.
Quality & Audit Compliance:Drive and monitor strict adherence to hospital Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and infection control standards.
Maintain clinical registries, registers, and open file audits required to keep the floor NABH and JCI audit-ready.
