Snapmint is hiring for the role of Key Account Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Train and support shopkeepers in implementing and using the EMI payment solution.
Engage with customers to collect product feedback and improve user adoption.
Promote and drive adoption of the EMI payment solution through in-store sales presentations.
Collaborate with the product team by sharing field insights and improvement suggestions.
Conduct regular field visits to retail stores and travel between locations to support business operations.

Requirements:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about driving innovation and adoption.
Solid attention to detail and reporting skills.
2 years of experience in field sales.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to travel to multiple store locations.
Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Flexible to work on weekends with alternate weekly off days.
