Experience handling high-volume operational queues while maintaining SLA, productivity, and quality standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and operational data analysis.
Ability to interpret operational metrics and perform trend analysis to drive continuous improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization abilities.
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced, target-driven operational workplace.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.





Good to Have
Experience in KYC Operations, Compliance Operations, Customer Verification, Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Business Policy Enforcement.
Exposure to document verification tools, DigiLocker, government verification databases, or third-party KYC platforms.
Experience working with online marketplaces, recruitment platforms, SaaS businesses, or digital onboarding processes.
Knowledge of workflow automation, process improvement methodologies, or Lean operations.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, or Management preferred).
Relevant certifications in KYC, AML, Compliance, or Risk Management will be an added advantage.
