Roles and Responsibilities:
Establish detailed project plans and metrics, schedules, resource plans and status reports in co-ordination with SI Staff project
Present project status to stakeholders, implement project de-risking measure
Lead end to end delivery of ERP implementation project
Manage project deliverables, identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans etc
Manage the communication with the program stakeholders (customer, product vendor and system integrators) on program status, change management etc.
Oversee and assist with 360-degree aspects of an ERP project deployment including (but not limited to): business process configuration, documenting As-Is and To-Be flows, define business rules, configure user Interface, integrate external systems (when required), manage training
Drive the overall project delivery to a successful conclusion through robust program management techniques
Manage and Handle IT and ITGC Audit
Coordinate with IT System Implementing vendor and Manage deliverables




Manage Internal stakeholder around the system recent enhancements and solutions
