Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work setting. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency within the team, while also maintaining solid communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and developments.

Skills:
Proficiency in Pega Platform.-PEGA CSA and CSSA certification is mandatory in latest version.- Experience with application design and development methodologies.- Robust understanding of system integration and data management.- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Pega Platform.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
