What you will do?
Partner with sales and delivery teams to design and present impactful ServiceNow solutions.
Lead discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points and map them to ServiceNow capabilities.
Develop solution narratives, demonstrations, and value propositions for recent and existing clients.
Collaborate on RFP responses, estimates, and architecture blueprints.




Explore how GenAI and Agentic AI can elevate customer workflows, productivity, and experience.
Contribute to knowledge assets, accelerators, and go-to-market innovation within the practice.

What you bring?
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow across one or more product lines (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or Industry Apps).
Strong business acumen with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
