Manage end-to-end HR operations for employees on third-party payroll, including onboarding, documentation, employee records management, and exit formalities.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to attendance, leave, payroll inputs, perks, and HR policies.
Coordinate with staffing partners/vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of third party payroll, compliance, and statutory requirements.
Maintain HR data, generate periodic MIS reports, and ensure adherence to internal processes, SLAs, and audit requirements.
Support recruitment efforts, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR initiatives to ensure a positive employee experience.
