Job Details Insurance
Handle end-to-end settlement of insurance claims under Erection All Risks (EAR), Marine, Fire & Burglary, Workmen Compensation (WC), Contractor Plant & Machinery Policies etc.
Intimate insurers and coordinate with surveyors immediately after loss incidents.
Arrange site inspections and ensure timely submission of claim documents.
Prepare, compile, and submit complete claim dossiers.
Follow up with insurers, surveyors, brokers and project teams for timely claim settlement.
Review survey reports and negotiate claim assessments wherever required.
Maintain claims MIS, trackers, ageing reports, and management dashboards.
Coordinate with project sites teams for claim documentation and policy compliance.
Support policy renewals, endorsements and insurance-related audits.
Liaise with insurance brokers and insurers to ensure effective policy servicing and timely claim resolution.
Organize periodic meetings to review progress and resolve outstanding matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
